As we go through life priorities shift. We seem to find ourselves with less time to concentrate on doing the things we love and friends remain unseen for months at a time. Work keeps you up late yet forces you to rise in the early hours and time suddenly becomes a precious entity that you struggle to chase without noticing it stands on your heels, cracking its whip and driving you forward.

Circles is a collection of introspective songs that were made in an effort to reflect and understand how time has carried me to my current destination whilst exploring different topics along the way. The hands on a clock only move in circles, the cogs that keep it ticking can only rotate; the day is merely a repeating cycle that starts and ends in the same place with every 24 hours. Circles is a metaphor for time, demonstrated on the title track where it is personified and our relationship broken down, releasing frustrations in a search to find acceptance.

A free digital release, Circles features production from a handful of beatsmiths and hums an authentic hip hop sound with tales told from a guy who wants nothing from rap but just loves to do it. At eight tracks strong and lasting a blink under thirty minutes, there is room for even the busiest of lives to add this to its soundtrack.
